Cold spray zinc is a coating deposition technology that is particularly suitable for repairing metal parts, especially those related to corrosion. This product is the fifth generation cold spray zinc technology developed by our company, which does not require the construction process of sealing agents and can directly spray various colored topcoats required by customers. The cold spray zinc single coating has a salt spray time of more than 3000 hours and is mainly used for communication towers, photovoltaic wind power brackets, power station maintenance platforms, and offshore oil extraction platforms.

Construction technology:

After shot blasting and sandblasting treatment, steel parts with a surface reaching Sa2.5 level can be polished flat with hand grinding tools for welds and unevenness, and various methods such as spraying, brushing, roller coating, and immersion coating can be used.
